1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the access to and use of the mv999 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at mv999.club (the "Platform" or "Site"). The terms "mv999", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of the mv999 platform. The terms "you", "your", and "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on , or uses the mv999 platform in any capacity.

By accessing the mv999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you enter into a binding legal agreement with mv999 and accept these Terms in full. • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the mv999 platform is restricted under applicable laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process requiring Players to submit identity and address documentation before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all platform operations, game scheduling, and support availability.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the mv999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mv999 operates an absolute minimum age of 18 and does not permit access to any person below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested directly through mv999 or through any external responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local legislation.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the mv999 platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Registration Requirements

• Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the mv999 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must provide a valid email address and Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. These will be used for account verification, security notifications, and withdrawal OTP confirmation.
• The username and password you select must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• mv999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

KYC Verification

mv999 is committed to maintaining a safe, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a KYC (Know Your Customer) process that may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your name and mobile number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until documentation is provided and reviewed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

mv999 supports all major Bangladeshi mobile payment platforms for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the mv999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• A minimum deposit amount applies to all payment methods. The current minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your mv999 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• All funds deposited into your mv999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• mv999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mv999 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum withdrawal is ৳500. This amount is subject to change with advance notice to players.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 minutes of request submission for verified accounts. Processing times during periods of high demand or maintenance windows may be longer.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your mv999 account. mv999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of KYC verification will be held pending document review. mv999 strongly recommends completing KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
• mv999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by automated fraud monitoring systems. Such checks may extend processing times.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on the mv999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). mv999 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method processes funds in a different currency, conversion to BDT will occur at your payment provider's prevailing exchange rate, not at mv999's discretion.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus offer's terms.
• mv999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any active promotion, or cancel a Player's bonus entitlement if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or irregular betting patterns is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the mv999 platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by this Agreement and by the individual game rules provided by our licensed game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of any conflict between provider game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

Random Number Generation and Fairness

All RNG-based games on the mv999 platform use independently certified random number generators to ensure that each game outcome is genuinely unpredictable and unbiased. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment streamed in real time.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. mv999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), if a match is abandoned or cancelled before a result is determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during critical match events. mv999 accepts no responsibility for connection interruptions that prevent a Player from placing or amending an in-play bet.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. For slot games, the minimum spin value starts at ৳10. For live casino tables, minimum bets start at ৳50 depending on the table. For sports betting, the minimum bet is ৳20 per selection. Maximum stake limits are enforced per bet slip and are displayed clearly before bet confirmation.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mv999 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on mv999, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated group play, or any method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the mv999 platform.
• Fraudulent payment methods: Using a payment account that does not belong to you, or using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the mv999 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity in a manner consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate the platform's systems.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access or use another Player's account, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering
• Confirmed multi-accounting
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your mv999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@mv999.club. Please state clearly whether you are closing your account for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request — this distinction affects how your account is flagged in our system and the timeframe before a re-opening request can be considered.

Balances Upon Closure

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud or Terms violation has been established), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-incomplete funds will be forfeited at the time of closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, mv999 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance pending investigation. If fraud or a serious violation is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited. mv999 will provide written notification of this outcome where legally required.

Amendments to These Terms

mv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mv999 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the principles of fair dealing and transparency applicable to the online gaming industry. Any dispute between a Player and mv999 should be raised first through our support team at support@mv999.club. mv999 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, mv999 will engage in good-faith mediation to reach a satisfactory outcome.

mv999 makes no representation that the materials or services on this platform are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated to you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and mv999 with respect to your use of the platform. No oral representation, prior agreement, or statement not reflected in this written Agreement shall form part of the terms governing your account.
